Service scope, pricing, turnaround time, revisions and payment requirements are confirmed with the customer before work begins.

Payments

Resume packages currently require a 50% advance to confirm the order. Final non-watermarked files are provided after remaining payment is completed.

Standard resume-package delivery is generally 5 business days from confirmation, while the Platinum package specifies 3 business days.

Customers may share necessary changes after the first draft within the agreed service scope.
